RoleQualifications
· Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field
· 5+years of experience in environmental and regulatory compliance in the energindustry
· Strong knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations and policies
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
· Solid presentation skills
Primary Responsibilities
· Develop and implement environmental and regulatory compliance strategies for hydropower projects
· Conduct environmental impact assessments and ensure compliance with federal, state, anlocal regulations
· Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address environmental anregulatory issues
· Provide guidance on environmental best practices and sustainability initiatives
· Stay updated on industry regulations and advocate for regulatory changes to support sustainable energy development
