RoleQualifications
· Bachelor's degree in engineering: Electrical and/or Mechanical, business, or related field
· Experience in project management, a bonus if in a renewable energybusiness
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Familiarity with budgeting and financial management processes in aproject-based environment
· Demonstrate proficiency with calculating project values: Finance: NPV,IRR, etc. and/or project cost accounting
· Comfortable with AutoCAD, SSIIM, Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, Visio,Excel and PowerPoint
Primary Responsibilities
· Develop and manage project plans and timelines for the design,licensing, development, construction, and operation of hydropower facilities
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projectmilestones are met
· Oversee budgeting and financial management for hydropower projects
· Coordinate the activities of a team of engineers, technicians, and otherstaff to ensure successful project execution
· Communicate project progress and updates to senior management andstakeholders
· Vendor procurement and management. Contract management, including RFP creation, reviewing proposals andinvoices, negotiating contracts, dispute resolution, and warranty claims
