Executive Assistant

Department:  Executive       Hours: Fulltime

Type: Non-Exempt  Travel:  10%    Location: Hybrid – Beverly MA office

 

RoleOverview

·     New executive assistant role to support our executive team.

·     Will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team, such as creating reports,organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks.

·     To do this role properly, you should have a detailed understanding of the fullMicrosoft Office suite, Zoom, as well as the Google Workplace platform,

·     Beextremely fast at solving problems and have experience as an executive oradministration assistant.

·     Minimumrequirement:  high school diploma.

·     Abilityto organize a daily workload by priorities.

·     Mustmeet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment.

·     Aproactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

·     Professionallevel verbal and written communication skills.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities

·      Communicate on behalf of the CEO and executive teamas requested.

·      Provide administrative assistance, such as writingand editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, including human resources record keeping.
  • Perform liaison accounting duties.
  • Key member of NEHC's new employee onboarding team with various duties.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering.
  • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate location.
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO and staff calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing sensitive     matters.
